The material which is there in the IDOC is not extended to the plant which is there in the IDOC, Hence the IDOC is not being processed.

Resolution

---

Extended the material to the Plant and created the IDOC 19370381 copying the failed one 19370373, the IDOC is processed and STO "6100013840" is created.
